At SexyH24, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the policy below.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Underwear and intimate items are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

RETURNS POLICY

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sexyh24store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sexyh24store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
