REFUND POLICY
At SexyH24, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., digital products, gift cards, perishable goods, or personalized/custom items). These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
If the return is not approved (due to damage, missing parts, etc.), we will notify you with the reason.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
Contact your bank processing time can vary

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [your support email].
SHIPPING & RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you're shipping an item over $85, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
